How long does it take to ship my order?

Every candle is hand-poured fresh daily. Processing takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

What are the shipping options within the US?
  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping: Available at checkout (rates calculated at carrier cost).
  • Free shipping: Orders $99 and above ship free.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide at the actual carrier cost. Rates are calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our location, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Can I return or exchange my candle?

Yes. If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Candles should be unused or gently tested.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Can I exchange for a different scent?

Yes. Let us know when you start your return and we’ll arrange a replacement candle of your choice.

What if my candle arrives damaged?
  1. Take clear photos of the box and damaged item.
  2. Email them to info@totacandle.com or call 1-856-336-5588.
  3. We’ll replace the item quickly, at no cost to you.
Are there items I can’t return?
